Funny thing about the OPIRG table in the student centre – it’s always changing – OPIRG board member Aly oversees a table with an emphasis on CAR FREE WEEK, the week celebrating life without a car organized by volunteers in OPIRG’s Transportation for Liveable Communities working group.
We might add that anyone looking to start an issue-oriented working group under OPIRG’s umbrella has until September 24 to apply. Take a look at opirg and see where you fit in – there’s room for everyone!
