Healthy team dynamics are at the centre of an organization’s capacity to work towards its shared purpose. This team-building workshop will support and strengthen collaboration, relationships and trust at work.
Facilitator, Rehana Tejpar is an embodied artist and facilitator of East African Indian and Uruguayan descent. She moves from a space of curiosity, play and collaboration to build spaces with communities to harness our personal and collective wisdom, healing and transformation. She is the founding co-director of bloom consulting, a team of creative facilitators, working to strengthen the creative and collaborative capacity of organizations and communities. She currently serves as the National Program Facilitator for the Catherine Donnelly Foundation’s Righting Relations: Adult Education for Social Change Program.
Sponsored by OPIRG McMaster and Thrive Week, organized by the Student Health and Wellness Centre.
