Participants of this workshop will take away insights that they can apply to ensure success when implementing change.

Jane has worked over 15 years in project management, specializing in process management, software methodology and quality.   She is a certified software tester, automates performance testing, and can find many, many ways to break any software.  She is working at McMaster as a Business Systems Analyst and Scrum Master.

She is a certified Scrum Master, a Safe Agilist, and a Certified Agile Coach.   She holds further certifications in Lean (six sigma), IT service management, and IT quality management.   She is a published writer of fiction, but she has also used a blog site (ImplementITwithConfidence.com) to blend writing and Technology interests.

Jane is a member of numerous professional groups and encourages everyone to get involved with the exciting networks available.   She is an active member of the Mississauga Agile Meetup, two Toronto Agile groups, a Few local Hamilton writers groups, Golden Horseshoe Beekeepers and the Hamilton Agile meetup.

When not writing or searching for better ways to produce effective software, Jane spends time doing home renovations (sometimes on bee or bat homes), walking and gardening.
