Join local Aromatherapist, Amina, to learn more about essential oils and how they can help to keep you calm during the busy school year. The workshop will be in two parts. Part 1 will be a meditation with aromatic essential oils.  In Part 2, participants will make their own pillow spray to help with sleep and an aromatherapy roll-on blend to help with stress and focus.
