I found this list at http://www.samaracanada.com/docs/default-source/Democracy-Talks/democracy-bracelets-instructions.pdf?sfvrsn=0, and it looked like a good outline to start with: using these definitions, how is OPIRG McMaster doing?
Some things you might not realize:
- OPIRG McMaster has an elected 9 member Board of Directors who make decisions about the organization, and are the employer to 3 unionized part time staff.
- The board is primarily full-time undergraduates at McMaster
- You can contact the board at opirgmcmasterboard@gmail.com
- You can attend OPIRG Board meetings as a member (full-time undergraduates at McMaster or paid community member) and take part in discussion about agenda items.
- You can run to be a member of the Board before our Annual General Meeting
